Acne Treatments? Why do They Fail?

by Marcel Stephenson

Acne treatments are not the same for everybody. If there was just one treatment that worked for everyone, you would not be reading this article.

It is important to get the right treatment once acne appears, but unfortunately most people just opt for any acne treatment, without making sure that it will be compatible with their specific skin type. Besides, you will waste a lot of time and money in the process by buying the wrong products. Since our genetics and body chemistry differ it can be quite difficult to find the solution that will work for us.

You can even see evidence of the difference between individuals in the same family. Some in the family might only have mild outbreaks, while others might get the opposite with severe outbreaks.

When our bodies can’t get rid of some toxins in our systems through normal bodily functions, it can cause acne. Also, if our organs are not functioning properly, these toxins will remain in our systems, and eventually our bodies will try to get rid of these through our skin pores.

Also, if our bodies have a hormonal imbalance it can cause an oily sweat, loaded with bacteria. Your body is trying to get rid of these bacteria through the pores of the skin. The pores will get clogged up when this oily mixture mixes with dead skin cells. This will also cause pimples.

When our pores are clogged up with this combination of toxins and sweat acne will erupt. It all starts inside our bodies and this is where many that struggle with acne will go wrong. They will focus on treating their acne externally, and forget about the inside.

If you want to get rid of acne, then do not only rely on external medications and treatments, but you should start the fight against acne from the inside.
