People are often bind and controlled by the rules and regulations the society has set for them. This would often include outlining what is accepted as normal behavior. This can never work as we are all from different ethnics, class, gender, race, culture and so on. We have instilled within us the principles, rules and standards we are already accustomed to. We would often look up to one leader and make him as a role model. We would then adopt his beliefs are our own. This is sometimes wrong for leaders can sometimes fail. Anger is probably one of the emotion that controls human and there of course many other basis of anger.
Anger can also originate from breaking of moral and values. This is often seen in society where children that come from broken homes are the ones perceived to be a menace to the society and those from the upper class are always the good fruit. Troubled children can grow to become good adults. They probably had committed crimes in the past but later in the years became ashamed of it. While those from the upper end commit crimes and make excuses for it. This is where you can see that the rules and regulations set by the society have its flaws and become the source of problems in the very society that craft it. Moral beliefs and values can become the root of anger once it is dishonored.
| Anger can be dealt with in many ways. Venting out your anger to the society does not necessarily mean that you go beating up every tom, dick or harry that have different believes from you. You can vent your anger through words. Words are a safe way to do this and it will reach many people, from different background, society and beliefs. You fared better if it is published. However, if it doesn’t, you still gain the points for writing your feelings out on paper and words on paper are like therapy. Channeling your anger in other creative ways is also good. If you are artistic or posses certain skill, you can go about expressing your anger through those.
| All of us are different; therefore, we deal with our emotions differently. One must explore all the possible way to soothe one’s anger. It is found that those with mental illness and anger issues are very creative people or blessed with artistic talent but is often ignored. They can use the talents the have to ease their anger and relax. For instance, a dancer can deal with his anger by channeling his energy into dancing. It is not impossible to unleash the anger and manage it wisely.
| It does not help if you are trying to speak to someone in rage. You will find that a more subtle manner will catch others attention and you will also be able to focus clearly on what you are trying to tell others.
