You may never dare to try washing the plates with water alone because you know it will not get clean. You need the cleansing power of dish soap to wash the greasy plates. Same thing with our body; we need a tough cleansing solution to wash away the toxins from our body. Essential vitamins and minerals are beneficial to the body organs in the detoxification process. Nutritious and healthy foods plus plenty of water play a major role of maintaining a clear blood flow for a clean inner body.

Harmful substances, such as toxic acids, lead, mercury, and other pollutants, are the major elements that hinder the nourishing substances from nutritious foods to supply nutrition to the body.

The only way for the vital organs to function well is to detoxify the body immediately. This is an important action you have to take to make your system function well. If toxins remain inside the body’s entire system, it will block the flow of blood and oxygen, then sooner or later, the body system will deteriorate and the toxic substances will only multiply causing the organs to fail.

The main detoxifying agents of the body are liver, colon, kidneys, gall bladder, lungs, skin, lymph nodes, and blood. They assist your body to get rid of excretory wastes and toxins. However, these organs would function best in pollution free surroundings.

Due to our polluted environment, our body systems have to work intensely to achieve detoxification needed by the body.

Similar to an overloaded worker who has insufficient food to strengthen his body, so do our organs when strained to perform overtime to detoxify the body. Without enough supplements to support the process, work overload will make the body’s organ worn-out and exhausted. The result is failure in its function as a system.

Eating too much would not help the system of our body to detoxify but it only worsens the condition since most of the foods available in our modernized world are lacking of essential nutrients that our body needs most. This mistake adds up to the pile of toxins inside our body system.
