Don’t Let Excessive Sweating Take Over Your Life

Everybody sweats, you just do - it’s natural. But if you’re one of the millions of people in the world who suffer from excessive sweating, it can be something that takes over your life.

Places you go, what you do, what you eat and how you dress - if you are constantly worrying about if or how much you might sweat it can completely take the fun out of a night out, and make your work day a total nightmare.

If this sounds like you you’ve probably tried all sorts of little tricks and remedies to either reduce or hide your excessive sweating - and with mixed results. All you really want is a safe, simple and preferably natural way to solve your problem.

Why some people suffer from excessive sweating

Information on why you sweat more than other people is probably not as useful as information on how to stop, but understanding why you sweat might help when discussing possible cures.

The scientific name for excessive sweating is Hyperhidrosis. It’s totally natural to sweat and we all do it, it’s how the body stops you over-heating - as the sweat evaporates it cools the skin. If you’ve been exercising or it’s a hot day you sweat to try and cool yourself down. You might also sweat when you’re under pressure, nervous or anxious, as sweating is linked to the nervous system.

Hyperhydrosis however, is unusually increased perspiration and whilst it is usual throughout your teenage years, it can affect anyone at any point in their life.

According to doctors, an overactive nervous system is the cause behind Hyperhidrosis. Rather than it being how hot you feel, it could be that you’re nervous. You might even be nervous about sweating and then unfortunately, you sweat because you’re nervous!

Understanding how you are affected by excessive sweating can help you deal with the problem, or even better find a cure that works for you.

Can you cure excessive sweating? Any of the following might help lessen the problem or at least make it easier to live with?

-Wear colours that hide the stain better like black or white, and wear loose-fitting natural fabrics

-Make sure you have a shower at least once a day

-Watch what you eat and avoid caffeine, hot and spicy foods

-Use anti-perspirant throughout the day rather than just in the morning

-Try using a high strength anti-perspirant with a higher Aluminium Chloride percentage

Surgery and “arm-pit” shields might also be an alternative if you’re brave. But rather than looking at drastic cures or methods of covering up the problem, wouldn’t you rather be looking for a safe and natural cure that works?

Don’t find a way to live with it…find a way to cure it!

Stop sweating, start living. Covering up and living with your excessive sweating is probably making you miserable and wouldn’t you much rather cure it? Mike Ramsey was in the same boat as you. He’s not someone who’s come up with a solution he thinks might works. He used to suffer with Hyperhidrosis for years so knows what it’s like.

He used to wear t-shirts under his shirts to hide the sweat, take two or three showers a day and tried all sorts of anti-perspirants, off the shelf and prescription ones, but nothing seemed to work for him. His excessive sweating literally ruled his life - sound familiar?

Just when he thought that this might be a problem for the rest of his live, he stumbled across a safe and simple cure that was able to reduce his excessive sweating by 95% within two weeks. This cure was totally natural and only took a few minutes to do each day.

This safe and simple cure became his Stop Sweating & Start Living program which has gone on to help over 14,000 people achieve the same relief from excessive sweating. Take a look for yourself and see if Mike’s program can change your life as well.
