Exercise is always a venture you undertake on your own. No one else or no machine can do it for you. Hence, it is important to have those motivating factors so that a person who is into exercise in order to lose weight will hang about.

If you can do this for a full week you will start to see results and this will give you that motivation you need to continue on your weight loss journey.
