Before you begin reading this article I want you to know that I understand what you are going through. At this point you have probably scoured the earth looking for something that will help you with your face eczema. The answers you have been seeking are right in your kitchen and I am going to show you four methods that has worked for hundreds of individuals. If you apply them properly they will work for you as well.
Grab a pen and paper and get ready to go shopping in your own kitchen. In most cases all your face eczema needs is a little tender love and care, and I’m going to show you exactly what you need to do to put together your very own remedy.
Method #1 - For this method you will need a large bowel and some oatmeal. You don’t want to use the flavored oatmeal, stick with the original brand. Mix the oatmeal and let it cool so that it gets pasty. Once it is ready you will want to apply it like a facial mask. Leave the oatmeal on your face until it starts to harden. The reason for using oatmeal is to reduce the inflammation of your skin and it will drastically reduce the itchiness and redness.
Method #2 - This method is sure to give your itchy facial skin relief. You will want to clean your face thoroughly then gently rub virgin coconut oil on your face. Relax for approximately 10 minutes, and let the coconut oil go to work. You can relax a little longer if you like. Personally I like to put on some music or my ocean sounds on the iPod while I relax. Once you have relaxed for a little while using luke warm water and nothing else clean the skin and lather a moisturizer all over. I recommend that you use this method right before you go to bed.
Method #3 - This method is extremely affective and only takes a few seconds to apple. All you need is an Indian spice powder known as turmeric. If you don’t already have this you should be able to find it in any health food store. Add the spice to your tea, or food. If you have never tried turmeric I recommend that you try a little at first just to see how your body reacts to it. It is always better to error on the side of caution. Another great use for turmeric is to add a teaspoon of it to a half cup of olive oil and add it to your bath. You will thank me later for this nice skin conditioning affect for your entire body. The olive oil will work as a natural moisturizer and the turmeric serves as an anti-inflammatory.
Method #4 - This little gem was shared with me by a follower on twitter. I know - I know their goes that buzz word twitter again! I was totally blown away by the results that this individual was receiving. It was amazing especially after they explained how simple and fast the technique was. All you need to do for this method is pour some milk into a medium size bowl and fill the bowel with ice. Let the milk sit for a few minutes to allow it to chill. Take some gauze pads and soak it in the milk and place the pads on the affected area of your face. This method is best if applied two to three times a day.
In addition to the four awesome methods that I have just shared with you, I also recommend that you increase your water intake and cut out sodas etc.. I would like to also advise that you don’t jump in head first applying the four methods above. Take it slow and chart your results as you go.
