How to Increase Your Height And Be Flexible

Your cartilage will be thicker since you will be stretching your spine. Extend your arms towards your feet with your palms on the floor while lying on your back. With your feet as one raise your legs, let it go over your head until they touch the floor behind your head. Use your palms to push against the floor to have more strength.

If it is hard for you to touch the floor initially, do not worry as this is normal. Target for this goal whenever you do this routine and eventually, it will be easier as your spine stretches. When you are able to do the routine, with your feet on the floor behind your head, slowly bring your legs down. Do such routine five times.

One other exercise is the double backward bend. When you do this routine, it pressures the thickening of your cartilage and makes your spine stretched. Sit on the floor and stretch your legs in front. Put your hands on your hips and stretch out your arms while bending forward to touch your toes.

It is but normal if you will not be able to touch your toes initially. But as your body becomes more flexible, you will be able to do so. Flexibility is very important in getting taller. Repeat this routine five times as well.

Then ” spread your feet a few inches apart and try to reach for your right foot with your left hand and vice versa. Repeat the routine 5 times per hand. Not only will you be more flexible and healthy but you will also be taller in doing these exercises.
