Unfortunately, obesity is no longer just the realm of adults but is becoming a major health problem for young people with increasing members of the population affected by heart conditions. Often extreme measures are used to control this problem including surgery but others decide that dieting combined with an increase in physical activity is preferable. You may in fact know someone who has used these pills at some time and has first hand experience of how effective they can be. This is obviously a very tempting prospect, to lose weight while eating the same diet. Despite the advances in weight control pills there are still health problems, some of which people are sickness and diarrhoea. Other harmful side effects include tightness in the chest, urinary tract problems and stroke.
Other problems may also occur when the pills are discontinued. These effects can be equally unpleasant as the side effects occurring as a result of taking weight control pills.

The type of balanced food groups would be oats, cereals, rice, potatoes with fruit and vegetables as the best source of minerals, fibre and vitamins.
Exercising will need to be carried out if you want to benefit from the healthy food option but this probably needs to be worked out in advance with your physician.
