The Steroid Layman’s Guides - A Bodybuilder’s Bible

by Michael Jones

I bought the Layman’s guides and Chris report in March 2003. I followed the Chris Report religiously. I wanted to look like Chris and I knew if I followed what I had in front of me then it should work.

I took pictures of myself after the first 3 week period and the gains are clearly visible. After the first steroid cycle I had put on an amazing 27lbs and I was living the most amazing training life and feeling absolutely fantastic.

In those days it was easier to have direct contact with Mick, bit now he is just so overwhelmed with work. He was often calling me with direct advice which I think was a bit of a bonus, as no other author has ever taken the time to explain me their book.

I followed his advice to the letter and I managed to achieve a dream that I had had from a child. To step on stage and compete. On the 27th November that happened and I was in the best shape of my life!!!

I could spend all day just trying to think of the words that I would need to describe just what Mick has meant to me. He is so full of encouragement and not just all out advertising and regularly posts messages to his subscribers of support and expert advice.

I used to work the night scene, smoked, did coke and was generally an unhealthy skinny guy. I one day got fed up with that life style and decided to do something about it. I was juggling around with the idea of weights as I had enjoyed messing around in the gym as a kid. I was one day surfing the web for bodybuilding tips and by chance I came across Mick Hart.

It really wouldn’t be a problem for me to recommend Mick Hart to anybody else and I know that you would see the most amazing results with muscle mass increases. He is not only a bodybuilding champion in his own right but also my champion and he could soon e yours too.
