Low fat foods still don’t work even though everyone seems to have tried it. Just ask about anyone if they have tried low fat foods and they will tell you they have. Still people are getting heavier despite the abundance of “low fat” foods and snacks.

Low calorie diets are not much better. The engine of your metabolism needs to rev up not slow down. You need calories at your maintencence level eating small meals 5 or 6 times a day. Low calorie diets simply slow your metabolism and you put on extra pounds. Low calorie diets work for a few days then come to a stop.

A bodys metabolism will decrease when a drop in calories is detected. Your body self-adusts to burn fewer calories. So if you are burning 2,400 calories and suddenly drop your intake to 1,100 calories your metabolism detects that and slows down and will burn fewer calories.

Low carb diets don’t seem to work in that people get off them and gain back the weight they lost. While on the diet, you’ll rob you of needed carbohydrate energy resulting in a tendency feel miserable especially when you realize you can’t eat your favorite foods and still stay on the low carb diet.

Men and women are overweight because they consume the wrong foods and eat the wrong calories. Without a doubt, certain types of foods will make you gain weight. The best way to diet is to eat the right type of foods 5 or 6 times a day and drinking a fat burning tea.

Similar to your car engine that needs gas, oil and water to keep it going, your body needs certain types of foods. Unlike your car, though, if you body doesn’t get what it needs and gets too much food it stores it as fat cells.
