A person is most often be diagnosed in his/her 20’s and 30’s. It is not common to have a first attack in the teens years or after 40. People who are thought to be emotionally well adjusted experience anxiety or panic attacks as well. This shows prove that a biochemical reaction can be responsible and not purely psychological factors.

Signs of an anxiety panic disorder are tingling in hands or feet, chest pain, shaking, dizziness, nausea and an overwhelming sense of fear or anxiousness.
