Day five

Day five allows you to eat low fat meat and tomatoes, and more soup if you can stomach it.


Day six

Day six consists of meat and green leafy vegetables and more soup.


Day seven

To finish off your week you can have more soup and brown rice.

IF you can stomach eating like that week in week out for a while you'll definitely lose weight. What you'll also do is slow your metabolism down so when you start eating your normal varied diet you'll soon put he weight back on, and in the end become heavier than you was before.
