Chris Gibson is the man behind the controversial book called “Acne Free in 3 Days”, which has raised a couple of eyebrows. It’s created a lot of buzz in the online community and offline on shows such as Oprah and others just like it. The spread opinions are not far and few in between, but quite the opposite… People absolutely love it, or they hate it. Instead of listening to what others say, I took action and got a copy so that I can share my thoughts about acne free in 3 days.
Acne Free in 3 Days does make sense, but what does he mean?
The fact is that the method that Chris has shown… Is a method that totally works (on most people) on almost 99% of people that try it, and it’s similar to a method I used when I had serious acne and got rid of it.
Basically Acne Free in 3 Days suggest that you go on a special detox-cure (don’t worry it’s not so scary as it sounds) for 3 days. While at this cure you apply certain topical products to help you to get rid of the toxins in your body faster.
Acne Free in 3 Days is a short and to the point report with informative pages that focuses on application. There’s little fluff that doesn’t help you with your problem. You do not need to “learn anything”, just do what is said and get fast or even immediate results.
Short means shallow, but thorough?
One of the flip sides with the report is that it can’t cover every single aspect of the method. The method clearly works, but many people report that they would like some deeper reasons of why it works etc. Many new anti-acne people generally tent to become defensive and believe it doesn’t work without applying the technique. So, try it yourself first, before making judgments.
Chris’s book has a smaller flaw, which is the flaw about it not having information about keeping yourself acne free. It has a lot of great info on how to remove the acne, but doesn’t explain too much on how to maintain the state. The hardest part about getting rid of acne permanently is the actual lifestyle change that you need to go through, so the book should have had a little more info on how to maintain it.
Do You want to be acne free in 3 days?
All said and done Acne Free in 3 Days is a decent book to have in your acne-fighting arsenal. If you are not particularly interested of natural health and how your body works, but mainly just want to get rid of those embarrassing pimples on your face then your really should buy Acne Free in 3 Days. It gives you a very simple method that will get rid of your acne and that you can repeat as often as you want to. But it won’t bore you with too detailed explanations on why those methods work.
PS.
I tried Chris’s method. After two days of detoxing with his method, my girlfriend was amazed on how well my skin had cleared. She told me that my skin is shining so much that I don’t need lights in the room anymore. I’m sure we can all forgive her for her bad humor, but it just goes on saying that his methods work.
