Garlic and Candida

Garlic and Candida do not enjoy each others company. The Candida yeast hates garlic just the same way a vampire hates garlic. The reason being, garlic kills both of them.

Garlic is natures antibiotic and will help rid your body of the Candida yeast along with a strict anti Candida diet. There’s no point in killing the Candida if your diet carries of feeding it. Many people do not realize the importance of a anti Candida diet when fighting candidiasis as well as taking anti fungals.

You can buy garlic in the form of tablets and capsules but nothing is as effective as raw garlic. Not only is it good for you, it tastes good as well.

Think of your partner when using raw garlic

If you do decide to start eating raw garlic to help combat your Candida yeast overgrowth then think of your partner as well. They will probably not enjoy your breath every day so you will need to put it in more of your cooking. That way they won’t notice the garlic you have been eating if they’re eating it as well.

The effect it has on people’s breath varies from person to person so you might be able to find a tolerance level that your partner will put up with. If eating garlic does cause you to have extremely bad breath then the best option will be odorless garlic tablets/capsules. Just make sure they have high allicin levels in the tablets/capsules as this is the active ingredient.

Garlic has many health benefits, and should be part of everyone’s diet whether they have a yeast infection/candidiasis or not.
