Will Drinking Coke Cure A Yeast Infection

I’ve had a few emails lately asking, will drinking coke cure a yeast infection. To have a few emails about the same subject in such a small space of time something must have been mentioned on a forum or a group somewhere.

What coke will do to your yeast infection

Coke is a fizzy drink that is filled with sugar. If you don’t know, a can of coke has roughly 6 to 7 teaspoons of sugar. Just one can of this drink a day will feed your yeast infection enough to make it spread throughout your body.

The mutated Candida yeast is a fungus that loves sugar. Too much sugar in our diets is one of the reasons that yeast infections are more popular know than they were 20 or 30 years ago.

Your energy levels

Some women drink these drinks that are high in sugar to give themselves more energy. A loss of energy is a symptom of intestinal yeast so if you’re drinking fizzy drinks that are filled with sugar then your intestinal yeast infection will get worse, and it will happen very quickly.

Drinking sugary drinks will also feed the Candida yeast in your vagina because your body’s sugar levels will rise as the sugar enters your blood.

Drinking coke has no benefits towards curing any health condition, and is a drink that contains no nutrition at all. I’ve heard one good use for coke and that’s cleaning limescale from your toilet/lavatory.
